We – that’s my husband Christian and I – Pamela. We live with our Dalmatians on an operating hobby farm in the tranquil town of Gillespie in Ashtabula, Ohio hence the name of our kennel. Our journey began with a profound admiration for the Dalmatian’s unique charm, those iconic spots, boundless energy, and unwavering loyalty. This admiration evolved into a mission: to breed Dalmatians that are not only beautiful but also embody optimal health and balanced temperaments.
Health & Genetics: Our breeding dogs undergo comprehensive health screenings, including OFA certifications and DNA tests for conditions like DCM, vWD, and DM.
Early Socialization: Puppies are raised in a nurturing environment, exposed to various stimuli to ensure they grow into well-adjusted companions.

Dalmatians have been with me since childhood. I grew up with them and learned to appreciate their special qualities from an early age. Their wonderful nature and friendliness made them an integral part of my life. Dalmatians are not only friendly and affectionate, but also intelligent, sensitive, and playful. Their active nature brings a lot of joy and energy into our home.
After we met, these qualities also won over Marvin, who quickly fell in love with these charming spotted dogs. We share a passion for this breed and want to enrich other families with the joy and happiness that our two Dalmatians bring to our lives every day.
Our breeding goal is to breed healthy, everyday-friendly, and stable Dalmatians in all their diversity. We attach great importance to our dogs’ balanced and friendly temperaments. Our hope is to enrich other families with a Dalmatian as a loyal companion.

I am a member of both the Greater Pittsburgh Dalmatian Club (GPDC) and the Dalmatian Club of America (DCA). My dogs are registered with the American Kennel Club and the United Kennel Club. I also health test all of my dog with the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals and post the results on their public data base.
